About your trial period

We want you to try MyDriveTime on before you commit to becoming a paying subscriber. If it fits after a two-week test run, we'll ask you to pay a monthly subscription to continue using it.

How do I start my trial?

  1. Visit www.mydrivetime.co.uk and click the Sign Up link at the top right of the home page.
  2. Read the guidance notes, enter your details, confirm your agreement to our Terms of Service and hit Register me.
  3. Wait for an email to arrive in the Inbox of the email account you gave us. This will include a user code and a link that you must click to continue setting up your account. You're up and running and your trial has started.

Note: Our email might be accidentally redirected to your "Spam" or "Junk" folder by your email program. Please check in there if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If it never arrives, please contact support@mydrivetime.co.uk and we'll check it out for you.

How long does it last?

The standard trial lasts for 14 days, which includes the day you sign up. If you need longer, give us a call on 01252 757 314 to discuss an extension, or email us at support@mydrivetime.co.uk.

Do I have to pay for this trial?

Nope. It's a free trial. It's simply designed to let you try before you buy.

What happens at the end of the trial?

As the end of your trial approaches, we'll be in touch to provide instructions on how to convert your trial to a paid account. If you want to continue without interruption, we'll get you set up for payments before the end of your trial. We collect payments monthly in advance by Direct Debit, so will ask you to set up a Direct Debit instruction authorising us to collect the subscription fee each month.

What happens if I don't want to continue?

If you don't want to continue, you can cancel your account. We'll remove all your data after the period set out in our Terms of Service and that's it.
